Are you Pregnant?
Each year, thousands of young women in central Arkansas face a time of unexpected crisis, a time when they have to make important, irreversible, life changing decisions. If you are one of these young women, life as you know it, has seemed to come to a sudden stop. You are now finding yourself faced with two questions: Am I pregnant? If I am, what can I do about it?
We can help you sort through the many questions running through your mind and make sure you understand all the choices you are faced with right now. Perhaps your family members and friends are telling you what you should do right now if you are pregnant. More than likely they are all telling you to do something different. Maybe your boyfriend has left you because he does not want to have anything to do with the baby and does not want to bear the responsibility of being a father. This all may be really confusing to you. You may feel alone. You are not.
You may be wondering what a visit here will be like and what you can expect. Our caring staff, client advocates, and mentors are trained to offer you guidance and direction. When you arrive at the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Central Arkansas, you will be greeted by a receptionist who will ask you to complete the first part of an intake form. A client advocate will then take you to a room where your intake form will be completed and your pregnancy test done. Your visit should last about 30 minutes depending on the number of questions you have or if you should choose to talk about any concerns you have. If you wish, you may bring a friend or family member back with you. We ask that you refrain from using your cell phone while visiting with your client advocate.
The Crisis Pregnancy Center of Central Arkansas seeks to help woman answer these questions.
