Programs
H.U.G.S. (Helping “U” Grow Strong)
A program dedicated to helping young mothers-to-be in a time of personal crisis by offering caring and supportive mentoring. This is an 8 week (once a week) one-on-one Bible Study with a mentor which earns infant related items with each completed lesson.
Earn While You Learn Parenting Lessons
These classes are for both moms and dads. You may do a lesson any time we are open. Some topics covered in the lessons are prenatal care and development, selecting a quality daycare, emergency first aid, child safety, carseat safety, potty training, money management, budgeting, menu planning, home/apartment planning, time management, handling conflicts, etc. Also, information and guidance for continuing education and career development
Post-Abortion Recovery Programs
A program which helps men and women who have already had an abortion find emotional healing, forgiveness, and closure. This program is done in a safe, nonjudgmental, and caring atmosphere in a one-on-one setting. Other help is also available.
Decision Making Guidance and Development
Let’s face it…don’t we all wish we could “rewind” certain parts of our lives where a decision we’ve made has not had a happy ending. That is one of the reasons we are here…to help you make positive life-affirming choices from here on out. It can be confusing, scary, or overwhelming trying to deal with the consequences of decisions that didn’t work out. It becomes even more difficult when your partner won’t accept his part of the responsibility and has selfishly left you in order to move on with his own life. Sometimes we get in a rut of making one bad choice after another. That is why this program could be a big advantage in helping you stop the cycle that you may be finding yourself in. It’s never too late to make a difference in your own life.
